What is Ebrary?
Ebrary is an eBook provider. It has FHU Library's largest collection of eBooks: over 70,000 academic titles, with more being added every day.
What does the app work on?
Mobile devices running iOS 4.3 or higher (iPhone, iPad, etc) or Android 2.1 or higher.

About the Ebrary App
We understand most people would prefer use an eBook on an iPad instead of through a computer monitor. Thankfully Ebrary has an app that makes it super easy to use FHU's collection of Ebrary eBooks on a mobile device. With the Ebrary app you can check out books - usually for a period of two weeks - and download them directly to your device.
Pros: • You can search for text across all your downloaded ebooks at once.
• It remembers your place within each book.
• You can copy and paste text from ebooks.
• Unlike physical library books, there's no fine if you forget to return an ebook - You just have to check it out again if you want it longer.

How to set up the Ebrary App
There are three main stages to setting up the app:
1) Link Ebrary to a Facebook account
• Go to Ebrary
• Sign in (top right) with your FHU username and password
• Click My Settings (top right)
• Click the Facebook Log in button (middle of page)
• A separate window will open to let you log into Facebook
• Click the "Sign in with Facebook" button.
• This separate window will now close
• Your Ebrary page will now say "Account linked to Facebook"
2) Create an Adobe ID
3) Get the Ebrary app
• Sign in (top right) with your FHU username and password
• Click My Settings (top right)
• Click the Facebook Log in button (middle of page)

• Your Ebrary page will now say "Account linked to Facebook"
• Search for Ebrary in the app store (there's only one)
• Install the free Ebrary app
• Use the Sign in with Facebook button and enter your Facebook credentials
• Enter your Adobe ID and password
